From the admin menu on the left, click posts. At the top, click add new.
Or from the admin menu on the left, point to Posts, and click Add New.
Under Add Title, input your post title.
Under the content area, input your post content.
At the right-bottom area of the page, click Set Featured Image
Click Upload Files from the top-centre tab.
Click Select Files
A dialog window will open on your PC or Mac to choose the file you want to upload as the post’s featured image.
Wait for the upload to complete.
Now Click Set Featured Image.
or after you input your content in your website’s content area, click Set Featured Image at the right-bottom area of the page.
Select the image
click Set Featured Image
Click Publish or Update
Ensure the update completes.
