How to backup a WordPress website content [XML]

Let’s see how to backup a WordPress website content in XML format.

1. Login to your admin backend
2. On the admin menu, point to Tools, and click Export.
3. Ensure you check the All content radio button.
4. Click Download Export FIle.
5. Ensure you save the export file somewhere safe.
